What we cannot accept

Asbestos, medical waste, ammunition, and wet-cell batteries. Older sheds sometimes have all four in a coffee can. Paint, chemicals, and solvents are limited quantities. Small amounts we can usually take. Larger amounts have to go to the county’s household hazardous waste drop-off, and we’ll tell you where.

How it works

3. We name the price on site

One number, before anything comes apart. It’s based on how much the shed and its contents fill in the truck, plus the labor to dismantle it. If you say no, we leave.

4. We take it down, load, and rake

We empty the shed first. Then it comes apart, roof to floor, and every piece goes straight into the truck so your Woodland yard never turns into a debris pile. When the last panel is loaded we rake the footprint, blow out the patio, and the corner of the yard is yours again.

Less to the landfill

Metal shed panels go to a scrap recycler. Clean lumber gets pulled for reuse where it makes sense. Usable tools and bikes from inside get a donation run. What’s left goes to Yolo County Central Landfill. In 2025 Dump Ninja diverted more than 1,000 cubic yards from the landfill, and a lot of it came out of Woodland sheds and garages.

Where we serve

Dump Ninja runs shed removal out of 709 Matmor Road in Woodland with the 21-yard truck, and a shed is a scheduled-morning job, so drive time from Matmor Road mostly decides which day.

Woodland is home, and the bigger lots out toward Gibson Ranch and the older yards around Beamer Park have a lot of sheds from the eighties reaching the end of the line. Davis is fifteen minutes south on Highway 113, where backyards are tighter and the path from the shed to the street matters more. West Sacramento is about twenty minutes down I-5.

Winters and Dixon are about half an hour south and southwest. Esparto and Madison are out Highway 16 to the west, where the lots are bigger and the sheds are too.
