How our pricing worksStraight answers
Booking and same-day.
How do I book Dump Ninja?
Call or text (530) 444-4441, or book online. Tell Dump Ninja roughly what you have and where you are in Woodland, Davis or Yolo County, and we will give you a window. Text is a first-class way to reach us; many customers never make a call.
Is same-day junk removal real?
Yes, and it is a phone or text thing, not an online booking thing. Call or text Dump Ninja and we will tell you straight whether the truck can get to your Woodland or Davis address today. It often can.
Do I need to be home?
For the estimate, yes, or someone who can say yes to the number. Dump Ninja names the price on site before anything moves, so a person needs to be there to hear it. After that, if the pile is outside, you can go about your day.
What are your hours?
Dump Ninja runs 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, across Woodland, Davis, West Sacramento and Yolo County.
Straight answers
On the day.
What happens when the crew arrives?
You call. We come look. We name the price on site. If you say go, Dump Ninja loads, sweeps the spot, and leaves. Two people, one truck, and you do not lift a thing.
What if I say no to the price?
Then Dump Ninja leaves. No charge, no pressure, no hard feelings. The estimate is free anywhere in Woodland, Davis or Yolo County.
Do you really sweep up afterward?
Yes. Dump Ninja cleans the space the junk was sitting in: the garage floor, the driveway, the patio. It takes five more minutes and customers in Woodland mention it in their reviews more than almost anything else.
Do I need to move things to the curb?
No. Dump Ninja comes into the house, the garage, the backyard or the storage unit and does the carrying. Stairs can add to the price, and we tell you the whole number before anything moves.
Will the crew be careful in my home?
Yes. Dump Ninja wears boots that come off or cover up when you ask, pads corners on tight turns, and is fully insured. Customers in Woodland and Davis describe the crew as respectful in the reviews, and that word matters to us.
Straight answers
Items, fees and where it goes.
What do you take?
Furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard waste, hot tubs, sheds, construction debris, tires, and most of what fills a Woodland garage. Dump Ninja cannot accept asbestos, medical waste, ammunition or wet-cell batteries, and takes paint only in limited quantities. The full list is on the items page.
Where does it all go?
Donation first, recycling second, landfill last. Working appliances go into Dump Ninja’s Second Life program and are re-homed free. Usable goods go to people who can use them. Metal, e-waste and mattresses go to recyclers. What is left goes to Yolo County Central Landfill in Woodland.
Is there a fee for a fridge?
Appliances with refrigerant carry an environmental fee, because the appliance goes sealed to a certified recycler who recovers the refrigerant. Dump Ninja tells you the whole number on site before anything moves. If the fridge still works, we re-home it free and waive that fee.
Veterans and seniors 65+ get 10% off every job.
Just tell us when you book — we take your word for it, no paperwork. It applies to everything, including the $75 single-item minimum, and it comes off the price we name on site, not off some higher number. One discount per job.
