Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect information in three ways.

• You give it to us. When you request a quote, book online, call, text or email, we collect what you provide: name, mobile number, email address, service address and city, the service you need, a preferred date, a description of the job, and any photo you upload.
• Your device sends it. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) receives your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. When you submit the quote form we record the date, time, your IP address and the version of the terms you agreed to, so we can show that you consented.
• Analytics and advertising tools, only after you consent. If you accept the consent banner, we may load Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, CallRail call tracking, Microsoft Clarity, and advertising pixels from Google or Meta. These tools use cookies and similar identifiers and may collect your IP address, device information and how you use the site. Nothing from these providers loads before you choose to accept.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, schedule the job, quote it, perform it and bill it.
• To text you about your quote and service. If you provide your mobile number, you agree Dump Ninja may text you about your quote and service. These texts are about your job, not promotions.
• To send promotional texts only if you separately checked the optional marketing box. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; we honor it immediately.
• To understand how the site is used and to measure advertising, when you have consented to those tools.
• To keep records we are required to keep, including consent records.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it with the categories of third parties below, each for the purpose stated.

• Service providers that run the site and the business: Cloudflare (hosting and form delivery), our transactional email provider (delivering your quote request to our office), Housecall Pro (online booking and job management; when you book through the embedded calendar, Housecall Pro collects what you enter under its own privacy policy), and our phone and texting carriers.
• Analytics and advertising providers, after consent: Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads), Microsoft (Clarity), Meta (advertising pixel) and CallRail (call tracking and call recording). These providers may collect information about your activity on this site and on other websites over time, and may use it for their own purposes, including advertising. Session recordings through Microsoft Clarity are configured to mask all text and form input.
• Others when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

Call recording

Calls to our tracking numbers may be recorded for quality and training. You will hear a recording notice at the start of any recorded call. If you prefer not to be recorded, say so and we will continue without recording, or text us instead.

Tracking across other websites, and Do Not Track

After you consent, third parties listed above may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. Our website does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common standard for how sites should respond to them. You can decline non-essential tracking through our consent banner, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices

• Decline analytics and advertising tools in the consent banner, or change your choice later using the "Privacy choices" link in the footer.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from us.
• Email office@dumpninja.com to ask what information we hold about you or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days and honor the request unless we need the information to complete a job, bill it, or keep a record the law requires.

Children

This site is for adults arranging services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and the quote form does not ask for ages or birthdates.

Security and retention

Quote requests and consent records are kept for as long as we need them to run the business and to demonstrate consent, and then deleted. Photos you upload are used only to understand the job.

Changes

When we make a material change to this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page and post a notice on the homepage for at least 30 days. Continued use of the site after that date means the updated policy applies.
