Pricing

How our pricing works.

Dump Ninja Junk Removal prices every job on site in Woodland, Davis and Yolo County. Single-item pickup has one published starting price, shown below with its conditions; for anything bigger we come look, name the whole number before anything moves, and leave if you say no. No load ladder, no photo quotes, no surprise on the invoice.

Single-item pickupStarting at $75

Appliances carry an environmental fee. Stairs can add to the price. You get the whole number on site, before anything moves. No photo quotes. No surprise at the end.

Why we quote on site

We run a 21-yard truck. Most haulers run 10 to 15. That's why Dump Ninja doesn't post a load price: a number that means "one trip" for us looks expensive next to a number that means "three trips" for someone else.

So we do it the honest way. We come look. We name the price on site, before anything moves. If you say no, we leave. No photo quotes, no bait number, no surprise at the end.

That's the whole model, and customers in Woodland and Davis describe it back to us in their own words: "quoted on the spot and clearly explained," "honest pricing," "happily surprised by the price quoted."

What's included in every Dump Ninja price

  • The labor. Two people, however many trips inside it takes. You don't lift a thing.
  • The sweep-up. The garage floor, the driveway, the patio. We clean the spot it was sitting in before we pull away.
  • The disposal. Landfill fees at Yolo County Central Landfill, recycling runs, and the paperwork.
  • The donation runs. Anything usable goes to someone who can use it before anything sees a landfill.

What can add to the price

Stairs. Something that has to come apart first. An appliance with refrigerant. Heavy material like concrete or dirt.

We handle all of it. You get the whole number on site, before anything moves.

Appliances carry an environmental fee because the recycler recovers the refrigerant before the unit is scrapped. Mattresses carry no surcharge at all: they ride at the same volume price as anything else, and California's recycling program covers the disposal.

Second Life Appliances

If it still works, it doesn't go to the landfill.

Working appliances get re-homed free through Dump Ninja's Second Life program, and the environmental fee on that appliance is waived. So far 113 appliances have gone to families in Woodland, Davis and Yolo County who needed them, on the way to a thousand. How the program works

Pricing questions, answered.

Why doesn’t Dump Ninja publish a full price list?

Because Dump Ninja runs a 21-yard truck and most haulers run 10 to 15. A load price that means one trip for us looks expensive next to a number that means three trips for somebody else. So we quote every job on site in Woodland, Davis and Yolo County, before anything moves, and you decide.

Is the on-site estimate free?

Yes. Dump Ninja comes to your home in Woodland, Davis or anywhere in Yolo County, looks at the pile, and names the whole number. If you say no, we leave. No charge, no pressure.

What does the single-item price cover?

A single item at ground level with clear access: a couch, a mattress, a recliner, a dresser. Dump Ninja loads it, sweeps the spot, and takes it away. Appliances carry an environmental fee and stairs can add to the price, and we tell you the whole number before anything moves.

Can I get a quote from a photo?

Dump Ninja will happily look at a photo to tell you whether we can help and roughly what to expect, but the number you can hold us to comes from seeing the job in person. Photos hide stairs, weight and access, and a number that changes on arrival is the thing we refuse to do.

Do you charge more for a same-day job?

No. Same-day is booked by phone or text when the route allows, and Dump Ninja quotes it the same way as any other job in Woodland or Davis: on site, before anything moves.

How do I pay?

Card, cash or check on site once the job is done. Dump Ninja names the price before loading, so the number on the invoice is the number you agreed to.

Do veterans and seniors really get a discount with no paperwork?

Yes. Tell Dump Ninja when you book. Veterans of any age and seniors 65 and up get 10% off every job, including the single-item minimum, off the price we name on site. One discount per job, and we take your word for it.

Veterans and seniors 65+ get 10% off every job.

Just tell us when you book — we take your word for it, no paperwork. It applies to everything, including the $75 single-item minimum, and it comes off the price we name on site, not off some higher number. One discount per job.
